Several years ago we started a program called “Friends First...Business Second”. This simply meant we wanted to prioritize building relationships over doing business. It has concerned me for years that our “customers” have consistently told us we come across as rushed, rude, indifferent, and unfriendly. We felt we had to change these perceptions.
Our goal is to own friendliness in the pizza category in our markets and for our brand to own friendliness in the entire pizza category and to help you do the same!
